Q?What are your hours?

Operating Hours
My services are available by appointment only, during the hours of 9am to 5pm on Monday to Friday…

After Hours Service
I do offer an after hours service for an additional charge. This is generally charged at double time.

Q?Do you come to me OR do I come to you?
A.

Yes and Yes…

If you want me to come to you, then my standard onsite callout fee is $20, then you simply pay the hourly rate on top of that. If you decide to bring your computer or device to me, then the callout fee is wavered, and you only pay the hourly rate.

Please note that I’m open by appointment only… so please call before packing up your computer to bring it over.

Q?Do you have a guarantee… will my problem be fixed?
A.

Yes… I’ll either fix it or at least get you going in the right direction… if not, I won’t charge the hourly rate.

You’ll still need to pay the call out fee of $20 (if applicable), but if I don’t help you out, then you don’t need to pay for my time.

Q?How much do you charge?

RESIDENTIAL
ONSITE CALLOUT
$20 per visit (non-refundable).
HOURLY RATE
$50 per hour for pensioners
$60 per hour for non-pensioners
charged in 15 minutes blocks.
BUSINESS
HOURLY RATE
Onsite – $90 per hour.
Remote – $60 per hour
Afterhours – Double time.
There are no callout fees for business customers, but rates are charged in 1 hour blocks.

Remember… If I can’t help you, then I don’t charge the hourly rate.
